Ji Hui fakes an apology to Seon Yu who keeps on seeing Ji Seok thanks to Tae Jeong’s unwilling help and betrayal of Ji Hui. Enter in Jeong Eun Su and Heo Gi Jin to our cast to help complicate matters.

Ji Seok learns of his sister’s duplicity towards ejecting Seon Yu from his life and he demands she apologize while Ji Hui refuses and plots with Tae Jeong to bring Eun Su back.

Seon Yu refuses to let go of Ji Seok and finally proceeds in a successful first step of her revenge scheme – getting evidence on Tae Jeong to use him to betray Ji Hui as punishment for needlessly hurting Ji Seok.

Ji Seok’s faith in Seon Yu is shaken and he demands her real feelings. Seon Yu decides to go to the root of her problem and heads straight for Ji Hui and Tae Jeong.

Ji Hui’s plot to come between Ji Seok and Seon Yu appears to be working as Ji Seok’s trust in Seon Yu is thoroughly shaken. This leads Tae Jeong to gloat that Seon Yu’s reign of terror is almost over and he’s officially won their game.

Ji Hui implements a plan to take Seon Yu out of the equation without hurting her brother too much nor telling him the truth about Tae Jeong’s and Seon Yu’s spotty history and Tae Jeong’s abandonment of his pregnant girlfriend.

Tae Jeong’s increasing display of his monstrous character goads Seon Yu to get back at him the only way she can think of now – through Ji Seok’s honest feelings.

I have a song dedication for these three episodes that I think really fits…well…one section of lyrics at least…Tae Jeong’s character’s actions (especially with the previews for 39)—Boys Set Fire “High Wire Escape Artist” which is from the official Daredevil OST. Actually, looking at the full lyrics…maybe the song, in certain context, can really apply to his character.

Ji Hui learns that Jin Yu is Seon Yu’s sister and goes to Dal Nyeo for the truth while Tae Jeong desperately tries to keep the shade drawn on his past.
