Na Young blames her miscarriage on Mi So and Baek declares that he will end his sibling relationship and try to make Mi So see him as a man, too late as she is falling completely for Kyung Soo.

Na Young’s failure to kill Mi So costs Na Young’s her baby’s life. Jae Hyuk vows to not let Na Young go if she tries to harm Mi So again, and Mi So blindly pretends that Na Young is innocent.

Mi So and Kyung Soo manage to save their product and Na Young’s duplicity comes back to bite both her and Myung Ja in the rear. Angry, she plots to kill Mi So.

Kyung So and Mi So happily start their secret relationship while Baek is welcomed happily into the Yoon family and Na Young does her best to sabotage Mi So.

Kyung Soo saves Mi So’s bacon by finding a new expert and the two begin to open up to one another and the idea of love. Meanwhile, Na Young plots at how to keep destroying Mi So.

Mi So works herself so hard that she becomes ill, meanwhile Kyung Soo backs off and gives Mi So some space, but vows that he will not let her go.

Na Young reveals her pregnancy and uses it against Mi So. Meanwhile, Mi So rejects Kyung Soo yet again, but he just can’t let her go. We also learn that Moon Do broke his promise to adopt Jae Hyuk into the Yoon family.

Na Young tries to sabotage Mi So’s presentation only to aid her rival in completely winning over the board, thus Yoo Jung proceeds with the merger plans much to the Lees’ and Na Young’s horror.

Hae Ryung gets crazier as Mi So pulls away from Kyung Soo and starts working at CK. Meanwhile, Kyung Soo refuses to let Mi So go just as Baek reveals his true identity to Mi So.

Mi So agrees to Yoo Jung’s proposal to go to work at CK in hopes of saving Chan Ki from a jail sentence from Min Jae’s lawsuit. She also decides to end things with Kyung Soo because of Hae Ryung’s attempted suicide.
