You know despite the fact that I have never read Kenshin, nor watched the anime, I am totally excited about the live action coming out. Go figure! It’s slated for a spring 2012 release and stars one of my favoritest younger Japanese actors Sato Takeru in the titular role of Kenshin. Takei Emi is also in this movie. I liked her in Ausko March! so hopefully I’ll like her in this movie, but I will admit to reservations about her being cast as the female lead Kaoru.
