Male quartet idol group F.Cuz has finally released the full MV for their latest single “Midnight Sun.” True to the hype behind the release, they didn’t use auto-tune and focused on showcasing the vocal talents of all of their members as well as showcasing a more manly charisma with powerful dancing.

The new song mixes ballad with dance and shows powerful emotions from the members. The MV itself is fairly good. When they first started dancing, I thought it was going to be another slow song with a fast dance, but soon the beat picked up rescuing them from looking stupid for dancing frenetically to a slow tempo song. I also really enjoyed the classical string instruments which helped add to the drama of the MV.

There isn’t much rap in this song, so leader Jinon doesn’t get to showcase much of his abilities, but he still gives a charismatic performance, as does the rest of his members. I really enjoyed the song and MV (well, except for the part where each member is covered with scantily clad women where it looks like they are drinking their sorrows away, but what is an MV without such scenes?).
