30 Day Asian Drama Challenge Set 2 Day 23
This is another toughy. Choosing one is hard…but choosing more is equally as hard.
Day 23: What are your top 5 Asian dramas?
Okay…I can do this. Maybe I’ll just name the first five dramas that come into my head, lol. No, I won’t do that. So…I guess here are my top 5, but please remember that there is no finite favorites and opinions always change based on the dramas you watch and your ever evolving tastes.
- Hana Yori Dango [gateway drama that will forever remain #1 in my heart I think]
- Shining Inheritance [first drama I ever watched as it aired…and I still love it]
- ToGetHer [I liked that it wasn’t your typical drama storyline]
- Skip Beat! [Should be a wee bit higher on the list, but the ending ruined that even though the drama was pretty awesome]
- Bu Bu Jing Xin – Stars Falling from the Sky – Sunao ni Narenakute [tied for 5th]

5. Tied:Incarnation of Man/Bridal Mask
I have about 10 “top 5” dramas that I rotate around with ease. Currently they’re sitting at 1- Coffee Prince, 2- Nobuta wo Produce, 3- Answer Me 1997, 4-In Time With You, and 5-Shut Up Flower Boy Band. Basically, the only two that never move are my top 2.
By the way, where can I watch Bu Bu Jing Xin? I hear too many people rave about it to not give it a chance.
I like Coffee Prince and Nobuta wo Produce. I cycle through a top list, too. It changes constantly.
